With backgrounds deeply rooted in corporate operations and employee experience, Amanda and Laura witnessed first-hand the transformative power of authentic and inclusive leadership practices. Amanda is no stranger to expatriate living and working. Born in Africa, her family returned to the UK where Amanda graduated from Law School, and quickly moved into leading increasingly large scale operations in the Financial Services and Retail sector. Amanda spent over two decades working at Zurich Financial Services and Amazon, leading large Operational teams across America, India, Japan, Eastern and Western Europe.
Her leadership philosophy is rooted in enabling and delivering an organisational culture that empowers teams and leaders to be the best version of themselves, so that they can do more and be more in their roles and organisations they support.
Amanda is an Associate Certified Coach with the ICF, a leadership development specialist, a mentor and Multiplier practitioner and teacher, helping organisations, teams and individuals maximise their potential to deliver high impact contributions in their roles, organisations or industry.
Amanda lives in Germany with her two and four legged family. You can often find her at a good restaurant sampling some wine or out long distance running or hiking around the local lakes and forests.

Her journey from managing multi-million dollar operations to transforming how organisations develop their leaders gives her a unique edge - she's been there, done that, and knows what actually works.
Laura has designed and delivered leadership programs that impacted over 10,000 people across the globe, yet her approach is refreshingly down-to-earth and practical. Drawing from her experience leading large scale operations teams and managing complex business transformations, Laura knows firsthand the challenges leaders face in today's fast-paced business environment.
As an ICF Certified Coach with expertise in Multipliers methodology and Strengths Deployment Inventory (SDI), Laura combines her extensive business acumen with proven coaching frameworks.
