Laura and Amanda first met in the ‘Silicon Valley’ of NW America - Seattle, Washington, where they quickly saw that they were kindred spirits on a mission to transform the way people and organisations experience work. As they embarked on a global project whilst working for Amazon.com, this dynamic duo discovered a shared passion for engaging the brightest talent and helping them discover true potential, at the same time crafting inclusive organisational cultures to exponentially elevate performance and results.
With backgrounds deeply rooted in corporate operations and employee experience, Amanda and Laura witnessed first-hand the transformative power of authentic and inclusive leadership practices. Driven by a desire to unlock the full potential in people and teams, they spent countless hours together brainstorming their shared values, priorities and expertise, ultimately leading to the birth of AuthentiCulture.
Laura and Amanda are qualified ICF coaches and Multiplier practitioners, they have honed their combined decades of experience and skills in leadership development strategy, employee experience and cultural change. They have deep experience in leading business operations at scale, transforming organisational culture and building high-performing teams globally.

Who are Amanda and Laura?
Amanda
Born in Kitwe, Zambia, Amanda is no stranger to expatriate living. Having lived and worked in multiple countries, Amanda is now settled in Germany with her wife, 2 dogs and menagerie of wild animals that come to visit her home on the edge of the Bavarian forest. A trained lawyer and post grad in management development
Laura
With over two decades of hands-on business leadership experience at global giants like Amazon and IBM, Laura brings real-world wisdom to leadership development and coaching. Her journey from managing multi-million dollar operations to transforming how organizations develop their leaders gives her a unique edge - she's been there, done that, and knows what actually works.
Laura has designed and delivered leadership programs that impacted over 10,000 people across the globe, yet her approach is refreshingly down-to-earth and practical. Drawing from her experience leading large scale operations teams and managing complex business transformations, Laura knows firsthand the challenges leaders face in today's fast-paced business environment.
As an ICF Certified Coach with expertise in Multipliers methodology and Strengths Deployment Inventory (SDI), Laura combines her extensive business acumen with proven coaching frameworks.
When she's not helping leaders unlock their potential, you might find Laura writing songs, exploring local restaurants, or enjoying Mediterranean life in her adopted hometown of Altea, Spain. Her diverse interests and global perspective add depth to her coaching approach, helping clients think beyond conventional boundaries.
